What I own at Bien’ici

(01) My role

  1. 01

    A design system from scratch

    I built the tokens, foundations, components and documentation from the ground up, then rolled them out by coaching designers and developers. The whole team now ships faster and more consistently.

  2. 02

    Omnichannel & cross-team

    I make sure the experience stays coherent on every touchpoint (web and apps, B2C and B2B) and across the teams that build it: product, engineering and business.

  3. 03

    Continuous improvement

    With product and engineering, I keep improving our products release after release, based on data and user feedback.

Make design operational.

Faster delivery, stronger consistency and better collaboration between design, product and engineering, for one of France’s most innovative real-estate platforms.
